Employment Opportunities

The Human Resources Department administers the recruitment and selection of applicants for all staff vacancies. When vacancies occur, a job posting will appear in the left navigation pane.

Resumes alone do not qualify as an application but may be included with a fully-completed application.  To ensure consideration, completed application materials must be submitted to the Human Resources Department by the stated closing date.  When the stated closing date is “Open Until Filled", applicants should apply immediately as the position is subject to close without notice.

Please note the following when submitting an application for employment:

For non-sworn law enforcement positions, complete the following and submit according to the posting requirements:

  1. City of Creedmoor employment application;
  2. Cover letter; and
  3. Current resume.

For sworn law enforcement positions, complete the following and submit according to the posting requirements:

  1. City of Creedmoor employment application;
  2. CPD Applicant Personal Disclosure Statement; and
  3. Notarized NC DOJ Form F-3.
