
The City of Creedmoor, conveniently located approximately 20 miles north of Raleigh and northeast of Durham, is seeking an experienced Building & Grounds Maintenance Worker to perform facilities maintenance, grounds upkeep, various public works duties, and assist with special projects.
Requirements
Successful candidate is desired to have a high school diploma, or equivalent, and prior work experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance. Possession of a valid NC driver’s license with clean driving record, ability to pass a routine physical examination and pre-employment drug screening, and criminal background check are required. Possession of NC pesticide applicator license is preferred.
Salary
Hiring rate is expected to be $14 - $16/hour (DOE).
