The Department provides comprehensive and strategic planning, assists developers and homeowners with proper application of zoning code, issues zoning and stormwater permits.

Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
Public comment period is open for the City of Creedmoor’s Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) update. If you have comments please submit them to planning@cityofcreedmoor.org or call 919-764-1058. Advance comments will be taken until June 3rd, 2025 at 5PM. A public hearing on the adoption of the Stormwater Management Plan update will be held during the City of Creedmoor’s Board of Commissioners meeting.
