Creedmoor Development Ordinance (CDO)
Creedmoor Development Ordinance and Official Zoning Map
Creedmoor adopted the CDO in 2012 to establish standards for new development and existing land use activity within the jurisdiction. Since 2012 the CDO (Creedmoor Development Ordinance) has been updated to include new State, County and Local regulations. The Zoning Map reflects the adopted policy and locations for growth.Contact
