NOTICE:  Effective Monday, March 23, City of Creedmoor Mayor Bobby Wheeler and Granville County Board Chair David Smith have issued joint declarations of a State of Emergency in the City of Creedmoor and Granville County.  The emergency declarations reaffirm all previously issued Executive Orders by Governor Roy Cooper, and Mayor Wheeler's declaration reaffirms restrictions put in place by Granville County along with a few other items specific to City of Creedmoor-owned facilities.

City facilities including City Hall, Community Development Offices, and playground/picnic facilities at Lake Rogers Park and Harris Park are closed to the public until further notice.  Visitor access to the Creedmoor Police Dept will be restricted via intercom confirmation of necessity.  Non-essential city personnel will be available through teleworking arrangements during business hours to assist residents by phone or email.   Please call the main line (919) 528-3332, Option 0 or email customerservice@cityofcreedmoor.org.  Read the Declarations.

CMF Vendor Information

 

The Creedmoor Music Festival provides a wonderful opportunity for organizations, restauranteurs, food vendors, and crafters to promote and/or sell their goods and services. 

This year's festival will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Vendor spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  Maximum of 3 spaces allowed per vendor.  Register today!

Please note: The CMF Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor for any reason.  Vendors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with regard to festival needs.  Festival policy limits like vendors  (i.e., vendors selling the exact same product) to a maximum of two (2).

Food Vendors

Specific rules and requirements apply to vendors selling perishable food.  The Granville-Vance District Health Department may require a Temporary Food Establishment Permit.  Please review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures in its entirety, with special attention to section 10.

Non-Food Vendors

Non-food vendors includes the sale/promotion of handcrafted and/or manufactured goods and merchandise.  There is a strict limit of two (2) like vendors (i.e., vendors selling the exact same product; such as: Avon, LulaRoe, Scentsy, etc.). Please review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures in its entirety.

Vendor registration deadline Friday, September 4.

Promotional Vendors

Certain space limitations apply to promotional vendors (i.e., political parties, religious/faith-based organizations, non-profits, and informational/display booths).  Promotional vendors are not permitted to give away free food or beverages of any kind.  Please review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures in its entirety, with special attention to section 11.

Priority will be given to Creedmoor Faith-based Organizations through Friday, June 5.  Any promotional space still available after this date will become first-come, first served.

Main Street Merchants

Main Street Merchants are entitled to the use of one (1) space (directly in front of their building) for specific use by their own business at no charge.  Merchants must complete a Main Street Merchant Registration Form in order to utilize the space OR request that the space remain vacant to accommodate regular business hours. 

Merchants requiring any additional space(s) must submit a Vendor Registration Form along with payment as outlined below.  Maximum of two (2) additional spaces.  Please review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures in its entirety.

All spaces not reserved by Main Street Merchants on, or before, the noted deadline will become available to all other vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The deadline for Main Street Merchant submissions is Friday, June 5.

Fee & Conditionally Refundable Deposit

All vendor booth spaces are 12' x 12'.

Regular vendor spaces (non-electrical) are $80.00, which includes a $50.00 non-refundable vendor registration fee and a $30.00 conditionally refunded deposit. 

Electrical vendor spaces are $100.00, which includes a $70.00 non-refundable vendor registration fee and a $30.00 conditionally refunded deposit.

How to Become a Vendor!

If you would like to vend at this year's festival, carefully review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures and submit the Vendor Registration Form (and applicable registration fee and deposit).

Main Street Merchants must complete and submit the Main Street Merchant Form.  Any Merchant failing to submit a registration form by the aforementioned deadline shall forfeit his or her right to use of the allocated space.

Vendors will be notified once registration has exceeded the amount of available vendor spaces and placed on a waitlist.  In the event of a cancellation, vendors will receive consideration for acceptance with regard to festival needs.

 

Vendor space assignments and important day-of-event instructions will be forwarded to all registered vendors who have provided an email address by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 16.  Vendors are encouraged to review all forwarded documentation including the CMF Parking Map Guide prior to the day of the festival.
