Showcase Your Business at the Creedmoor Music Festival!
The Creedmoor Music Festival is a fantastic opportunity for organizations, restaurants, food vendors, and crafters to promote and sell their products and services.

This year’s festival will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Vendor space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each vendor may reserve a maximum of two spaces, so don’t wait—register today!

Important Information:

  • The Creedmoor Music Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor at its discretion.
  • Vendors are selected based on the order of application and overall festival needs.
  • To ensure variety, no more than two vendors selling the same product will be accepted.

2025 Vendor Information

Vendor Registration Now Open!
We’re excited to announce that vendor registration for the upcoming Music Festival is now open.

Please note a few updates to improve your experience:

  • Vendor deposit refunds are no longer part of the registration process.
  • Booth clean-up is still required. Vendors who do not clean up their space may be charged a $50 clean-up fee.

We’re looking forward to another amazing Music Festival and can’t wait to see you there!


Food Vendors

Specific rules and requirements apply to vendors selling perishable food.  The Granville-Vance District Health Department may require a Temporary Food Establishment Permit.  Please review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures in its entirety, with special attention to section 10.

Non-Food Vendors

Non-food vendors includes the sale/promotion of handcrafted and/or manufactured goods and merchandise.  There is a strict limit of two (2) like vendors (i.e., vendors selling the exact same product; such as: Avon, LulaRoe, Scentsy, etc.). Please review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures in its entirety.

Promotional Vendors

Certain space limitations apply to promotional vendors (i.e., political parties, religious/faith-based organizations, non-profits, and informational/display booths).  Promotional vendors are not permitted to give away free food or beverages of any kind.  Please review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures in its entirety, with special attention to section 11.

Main Street Merchants

Main Street Merchants are entitled to the use of one (1) space (directly in front of their building) for specific use by their own business at No Charge.  Merchants must complete a Main Street Merchant Registration Form in order to utilize the space OR request that the space remain vacant to accommodate regular business hours by June 30, 2025.  Spaces NOT claimed by the deadline will be used for paid vendors.

Merchants requiring any additional space(s) must submit a Vendor Registration Form along with payment as outlined below.  Maximum of two (2) additional spaces.  Please review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures in its entirety.

All vendor booth spaces are 12' x 12'. All vendor displays MUST fit in the allotted booth space or risk being turned away by festival organizers.  Refunds will not be issued.

Regular vendor spaces (non-electrical) are $100.00.  

Electrical vendor spaces are $150.00. 


How to Become a Vendor!

If you would like to vend at this year's festival, carefully review the Music Festival Rules & Procedures and submit the Vendor Registration Form (and applicable registration fee and deposit).

Main Street Merchants must complete and submit the Main Street Merchant Form.  Any Merchant failing to submit a registration form by the aforementioned deadline shall forfeit his or her right to use of the allocated space.

Vendors will be notified once registration has exceeded the amount of available vendor spaces and placed on a waitlist.  In the event of a cancellation, vendors will receive consideration for acceptance with regard to festival needs.

Vendor space assignments and important day-of-event instructions will be forwarded to all registered vendors who have provided an email address by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 10.  Vendors are encouraged to review all forwarded documentation including the CMF Parking Map Guide prior to the day of the festival.
